All this apart from the regular seminars and workshops conducted by industry experts.

We Indians have privilege of having base of all the strategic planning, competition & competency in our ancestral roots. The historical epic of Mahabharat has the origin of all the strategy & planning processes. The "Kootnitis" of Shakuni & the austerity of Yudhishtir have shown how to prove our existence in this competitive world. Mahabharat has been rated higher than 'art of war' of sun Tsu. Hence to make aware of all strategic & spiritual learning we have included Mahabharat in our induction programme. Students are provided with feedback which helps them to connect the teaching of Mahabharat with modern strategic theory.

This is a unique feature where in we input life even in the bricks of our buildings. There are fresh articles, views, creative works, etc displayed on the Walls of BIIB, given voice to not only the famous works for our student managers, but also to the latent talents existent within our students.

Our Student Managers are under regular evaluation process so that students can assess their know-how continuously. From the quiz junkies to the casual quizzers, everyone can pit their brains against each other in regular, specialized quizzes in areas like business, marketing, general quiz, etc.

We believe in achieving excellence through practice. To make students habitual with group discussions & personal interviews of the campus placements, regular GD/PI sessions by Industry Experts are held so that students can overcome with all difficulties of putting their views into words. The sessions are presided over by brain-reads from industries & various feedbacks are provided to individual students after the sessions.
