The committee will consist of four members (two male members and two female members) who will be available to study and to explain grievances/complaints of any sort at any time. The committee will function independently and its recommendations will be binding on every one in BIIB. Further, any student desirous of meeting the Director could do so with his/her class representative on all working days. The names of the committee members will be notified every year.
